For one-time services, we bring all the necessary supplies. However, for weekly or biweekly cleanings, we ask that you provide the all-purpose cleaner, soft scrub, window cleaner, and floor cleaning supplies.

We handle your home with the utmost care, but in the rare event of damage or breakage, we will arrange for repairs or replacement if the item cannot be fixed. We take personal responsibility for damages up to $400.

You're welcome to be home during the cleaning, but we kindly ask that you stay out of the room we're working in. It helps us focus and complete the job efficiently without worrying about disruptions, such as avoiding the vacuum while you're on the phone or walking around you if you're watching TV.

Most clients prefer to provide us with a copy of the key or leave one with the doorman. Alternatively, we can meet you before you leave for work and slide the key under the door when we’re done—provided your door isn’t self-locking.

For weekly or biweekly cleanings, you'll be assigned a dedicated cleaner. If they are unavailable due to illness or vacation, we will notify you, and you can choose to skip, reschedule, or have a different cleaner sent.

If you're not fully satisfied with your assigned cleaner, you’re always welcome to request a switch. Every cleaner has their own unique approach, and we encourage you to find the best fit for your preferences!

We kindly ask that you take a few minutes to tidy up personal items such as clothing, toys, and household clutter before your cleaning. The less time spent on decluttering, the more we can focus on deep cleaning your space.

If we consistently spend a significant amount of time organizing before cleaning, we may need to discuss adjusting your rate or requesting that you prepare ahead of visits.

Of course, if you don’t have time to declutter, that’s completely fine—we’re happy to handle it for you at an additional charge.

We accept cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo. Payment details will be provided at the time of confirmation. If you’d like to receive an invoice for credit card payment, just let us know—please note that a 5% service fee applies. Payment is due on the day of service. You can leave it on the kitchen counter, but please do not leave it with the doorman.

To purchase one, just reach out with details about the home to be cleaned (such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms), and we’ll provide a price estimate.

We can send the certificate via mail or email, either to you or directly to the recipient. Plus, if you’d like, we can even bring fresh flowers on the day of the cleaning!
